1.06
If your IH account is deleted, a hashed representation of your email address will continue to be stored by IH to prevent registration of new accounts on the IH platform with that same email address. The hashing algorithm transforms the email address into hexadecimal strings so that the email becomes an unrecognizable jumble of numbers and letters.

It's necessary for IH to store the hashed email address as IH uses email addresses as unique identifiers so they can only ever belong to one IH account and cannot be used for future IH accounts as this could lead to security issues and disruptions to our platform. We have an overriding legitimate interest in continuing to process the hashed email address for that specific and limited purpose.

1.07
If we decide to suspend your account, a hashed representation of your email address will be stored by IH to prevent login functionality of your account on the IH platform with that email address. The hashing algorithm transforms the email address into hexadecimal strings so that the email becomes an unrecognizable jumble of numbers and letters.

It's necessary for IH to store the hashed email address to prevent future breaches of our terms and conditions, disruptions of our platform and infringements on our private property and free speech rights. We have an overriding legitimate interest in continuing to process the hashed email address for those specific and limited purposes.

1.08
In addition to the general data and information collection of IP address on server logs previously described we also take additional measures to secure the IH platform. In order to prevent cyber-attacks and secure the data of users on the IH platform we monitor IP addresses of users that access the platform.

Users IP addresses are automatically logged and stored by IH for analysis.

In this way, we can through analysis, determine if there are specific IP addresses that should be restricted from accessing the IH platform to prevent misuse of the IH platform. If we deem it necessary, we will block IP address from accessing the IH platform.

It's necessary to store IP address in this manner so that we can properly access abnormal behaviour on our platform and ensure that the data of our users remains secure by restricting access to the IH platform for specific IP addresses. We have an overriding legitimate interest in continuing to process IP addresses for the specific and limited purposes detailed above.

1.09

We have integrated Google Analytics on this platform.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service. Web analytics is the collection, gathering, and analysis of data about the behaviour of visitors to websites. Google Analytics service collects, among other things, your internet protocol address, data about the website from which you have come (the so-called referrer), which sub-pages you visited, or how often and for what duration a sub-page was viewed. Web analytics are mainly used for the optimization of a website and in order to carry out a cost-benefit analysis of Internet advertising.

To protect your privacy, we have configured Google Analytics to implement IP address anonymization. Google Analytics anonymizes your IP address as soon as technically feasible at the earliest possible stage of the collection network. The anonymization process works by changing the last few digits of your IP address shortly after being sent to the Analytics Collection Network.

The purpose Google Analytics is to analyse the traffic on our platform. Google uses the collected data and information, among other things, to evaluate the use of our platform and to provide online reports, which show the activities on our platform, and to provide other services concerning the use of our platform for us.

If you choose to opt-in to third party cookies on the IH platform, Google Analytics places cookies on your device. With the setting these cookies, Google is enabled to analyse the use of our platform. With each call-up to one of the individual pages of this platform, which is operated by IH and into which Google Analytics was integrated, the browser on your device will automatically submit data through the Google Analytics for the purpose of online advertising and the settlement of commissions to Google. During the course of this technical procedure, Google gains knowledge of personal information, such as your IP address, which serves Google among other things to understand the origin of visitors and clicks, and subsequently create commission settlements.

The cookies are used to store personal information, such as the access time, the location from which the access was made, and the frequency of visits of our website by the data subject. With each visit to our Internet site, such personal data, including the IP address of the Internet access used by the data subject, will be transmitted to Google and stored by Google. Where permitted by Google Analytics terms of service, Google may pass the personal data collected through the technical procedure to third parties.

Google Analytics is operated by Google, with company headquarters located at 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, United States.

On this platform we have integrated Google AdSense.

Google AdSense uses cookies to improve advertising. Some common applications are to target advertising based on what's relevant to a you, to improve reporting on campaign performance, and to avoid showing ads that you have already seen.

Google AdSense stores cookies after any impression, click, or other activity that results in a call to Google’s servers.

Most commonly, Google AdSense stores a cookie on your device when you visit a page that shows Google ads. Pages with Google ads include ad tags that instruct your device to request ad content from our Google’s servers. When the server delivers the ad content, it also sends a cookie. But a page doesn’t have to show Google ads for this to happen; it just needs to include our ad tags, which might load a click tracker or impression pixel instead.

Google AdSense uses your IP address to help select ads. IP addresses are specific to geographical areas, consequently it can show where the you are located. This lets Google display personalised ads for services and products that are local to you.

Google provides you with the ability to turn off personalized ads. You can do this by using the links provided below.

Google AdSense is operated by Google, with company headquarters located at 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, United States.

Google reCapatcha collects personal information from users to make this determination of whether they're human and not a bot.

The reCapatcha algorithm will check to see if there's a Google cookies placed on the device your using. Google may place additional marketing and statistical cookies on your device.

An additional reCapatcha specific cookie will be added to your device. Google reCapatcha works by implementing an algorithm to analyse your activity by taking and a complete snapshot of your browser window at that moment in time which is captured, pixel by pixel.

If the activity is deemed as mechanical or a made-up word is used, the activity is flagged by the system.

Some of the browser and user information Google reCapatcha collects and analyses includes the following:
